Workforce Housing
Stratton Hill Park Apartments is proud to be a part of a Massachusetts initiative, called the Workforce Housing Program, which keeps housing affordable and more widely available to households earning a moderate income. To qualify for an apartment under this program, certain income guidelines must be met and they are as follows:
